Omelet with mozzarella
Instructions
Beat the eggs, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with the chopped Basil.
Cut the mozzarella cheese into thin slices.
Melt half the butter in a skillet.
Pour in the eggs, let them thicken slightly, add the mozzarella, mix gently with eggs and cook the frittata from side.
Turn and cook on the other side.
Serve very hot.

- 6 eggs
- 120 g of mozzarella
- 30 g of parmigiano
- 40 g of butter
- Basil
- Salt
- Pepper
