Mint frittata
Instructions
Beat the eggs with the flour, milk, salt and pepper, add the crumbled sausage and stir the leaves of mint and lemon balm by mixing well.
Heat the butter in a frying pan chopped onion rosolandovi, pour the mixture, leaving gild, turn and cook on the other side.
Serve with fresh salad.

- 7 eggs
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 1 teaspoon of white flour
- 1 scallion
- 100 g of soft salami
