In a pan heat a few tablespoons of olive oil, add the onion into rings and let it wilt.
Add the peppers, add salt and bring to boiling.
Beat the eggs with two tablespoons of milk and a pinch of salt, pour over peppers when you are curdled turn the frittata, Cook also on the other side and serve.
