Lamb stew with artichokes
Instructions
Sauté in a pan 1 garlic clove into three tablespoons oil along with artichokes cut into small slices and individuals, if it was necessary, of beards.
Aside from Brown in the Pan in a little oil and a lively fire lamb flesh reduced to chunks, making color well.
Add wine with a finger and when evaporated, drain the meat from cooking grease, add artichokes along with a ladle of broth.
Add salt, pepper and with, leaving simmer for about 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper and when done with the juice of a lemon and plenty of chopped parsley along with a clove of garlic.
To stove off, pour the mixture over the sauce now cooked and stirring, make sure that the eggs will curdle while being prepared with just the warmth of the preparation.
Serve immediately.
