Strawberries cardinal
Instructions
Clean and wash the strawberries, 1 cup of them and keep them in a cool place; pass raspberries through a sieve, put the puree in a bowl, add 1 lemon juice and sprinkle with icing sugar mixed with vanilla.
Leave in refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Pour the Raspberry Puree strawberries well-cooled and cover the surface with almonds to strips.

- 450 g of ripe strawberries
- 150 g of raspberries
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 50 g of sweet almonds peeled cut into strips
