Strawberries to cardinal
Instructions
Put strawberries, cleaned and washed, in a glass cup and leave in the fridge for a long time.
Pass raspberries through a sieve and put them in a bowl that will join the lemon and sprinkle with icing sugar mixed with vanilla.
Leave in refrigerator at least 3 hours.
Finally pour the Raspberry Puree strawberries well-cooled and cover the surface with crumbs of almonds.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 450 g of ripe strawberries
- 150 g of raspberries
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 50 g of sweet almonds peeled and crumbled
