Artichoke cream funds
Instructions
Boil the artichokes.
Arrange each artichoke bottom on a slice of toast.
Pour the bechamel and sprinkle with grated Gruyere cheese.
Put a few minutes in the oven at 170 degrees.
Before serving sprinkle with parsley.

- 4 artichokes
- 4 slices of toast
- 50 g of gruyere cheese
- Chopped parsley
- Bechamel
