Corn balls
Instructions
Cook the flour in the water normally.
Add the other ingredients.
Allow to cool, when it is lukewarm form balls.
Impanarle with eggs and breadcrumbs.
FRY in plenty of oil.
They are an excellent side dish for second, particularly for the rabbit.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 tablespoons of cornstarch
- 50 cl of water
- 1 pinch of salt
- Pepper
- Nutmeg
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons of grana padano cheese
- 2 eggs
- Olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
