Onion Focaccia (Focaccia Alle Cipolle)
Instructions
Mix the flours and arrange them in fontana on work surface; put the warm water and yeast previously mixed with a little flour and water and rest.
Work the dough for 10 minutes; form a ball and let rise in a warm blanket.
Once you join the leavened dough the other ingredients except the onion.
Mix, then place the dough in a greased baking, cover it with the onion and place in hot oven for 40 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 200 g of wheat wholemeal flour
- 100 g of rye flour
- 3 sliced onions
- 1 bunch of chopped chives
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Water
- 20 g of brewer's yeast
- Paprika
- 25 cl of cream
