Almond flip
Instructions
Reduce the almonds to a pulp in the Blender, Add vanilla sugar, two tablespoons of sugar, the egg yolks and milk and mix again.
Pour into medium-sized glasses.
Whip the cream with sugar and decorated with each glass.
Before serving pour on the cream make melted chocolate.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 120 g of skinned almonds
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
- 2 1/2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 25 cl of milk
- 1 glass of cream
- 4 tablespoons of melted chocolate
