Instructions

Grate the peel of oranges and lemons, eliminating the white part and spremetene juice.

Melt the sugar in the water by boiling for a few minutes, then turn and add the grated Peel, cover and leave for a few hours.

Then strain and add the citrus juice and, if necessary, extend with another little water.

Store in the refrigerator.
