Zucchini flan
Instructions
Check the zucchini ends, wash and cut into rondelline.
Put them in a small saucepan with 30 g of butter, cover with water, add salt and cook over a slow boil with the pot covered, for 15 minutes, until the zucchini are tender but not fulfilled.
Meanwhile with 25 g of butter, flour and milk made from a thickish sauce.
Away from the fire incorporated previously Zucchini sauce blend, eggs added one at a time, salt and cheese: stir well with wooden spoon.
With the remaining butter, grease a mould ring, sprinkle breadcrumbs and pour the cream of Zucchini.
Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees for 1 hour.
Serve the flan, flan on serving dish, garnish with Zucchini sautéed with garlic.

- 75 g of butter
- 30 g of flour
- 20 cl of milk
- 4 eggs
- 3 tablespoons of grated emmenthal cheese
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
- Salt
