Spinach flan
Instructions
Add chopped spinach in butter.
Join the Gruyere and bechamel sauce 2 whole eggs.
Add salt, whisking with a fork and add spinach and egg yolks.
Salt again.
Butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs one pudding mold, add the mixture and pass in a hot oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Serve decorated with grated Gruyere.

- 400 g of spinach
- 80 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 400 g of béchamel sauce ready
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- 4 tablespoons of grated emmenthal cheese
