Tomato and cheese flan
Instructions
In a saucepan heat three tablespoons of olive oil and finely chopped shallots wilt.
Add the tomato paste, let it stand for a few minutes and remove the Pan from the fire.
Chop the parsley, Basil and chives.
In a Holster beat the eggs with a spoonful of whipped cream.
Mix the tomato sauce, chopped herbs and beaten eggs, adjust the salt.
Brush olive oil a mold, pour in tomato mixture and cook in a Bain-Marie in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about an hour.
Withdrawn from the oven, let cool a few minutes and put on a serving dish, heat resistant.
Sprinkle the grated Gruyere cheese flan and keep it a few minutes in the oven turned off, but still hot to melt the cheese.
Serve immediately.

- 500 g of tomato paste
- 80 g of gruyere cheese
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of cream
- 2 shallots
- Basil
- Parsley
- Chives
