Banana and almond flan
Instructions
Cut the banana into 6 lengthwise, affettatela in thick slices about half a cm, put it in a bowl and pour over the orange juice.
Beat eggs slightly, add the hot milk, 120 g sugar, almonds and banana drained (keep the juice).
Prepare a caramel with the sugar and a tablespoon of orange juice, pour it into a ring with a diameter of 20 cm and let it cool.
Fill the mold with the mixture of almonds and cook in a Bain-Marie in the oven already warm to 160 degrees for 50 minutes.
Let cool and passed the mold in the refrigerator.
Put the pudding, cut it into slices and serve with its caramel.
