Instructions
Cook for 10 minutes, sliced carrots in lightly salted water.
Drain and finish baking in a little butter, stirring often.
Combine sugar, salt and a little pepper.
Pass through a sieve, add the beaten eggs, cheese and bread crumbs.
Mix well and pour into a generously buttered mold with hole in the middle and smooth walls.
Place in oven and bake for about 30 minutes.

- 1000 g of carrots
- 50 g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Little of pepper
- Salt
