Instructions

Pumpkin flowers stuffed with grated bread crumbs and mixed with olive oil, parsley, a few slices of mozzarella and prosciutto, a little salt and a pinch of pepper.

In a large frying pan heat oil.

Dip the zucchini flowers stuffed with the previously prepared before into the batter and then into the hot oil.

FRY and serve immediately.
