Fried pumpkin flowers (3)
Instructions
Melt the butter very soft focus in a small saucepan.
When was merged without having taken a large bowl pour it in color.
Cut the stems of the flowers of pumpkin and remove the pistil and the sepals.
Wash them gently, making sure that no bugs remain inside of the flowers.
Pour the flour and the salt in a sieve over the bowl and then the butter stirring with a whisk.
Add the milk little by little and beat with whisk until batter is smooth and without lumps.
Let stand for thirty minutes to an hour.
Dry thoroughly with a cloth flowers: must be perfectly dry.
Heat oil to 180 degrees.
Whip the egg whites until foamy and embed to the batter with a spoon.
When the oil has reached the specified temperature, place some flowers in batter.
Remove the flowers one by one by the batter, let excess batter drip off and discard the oil.
Let Brown flowers from two sides and drain them on paper towels.
Repeat the operation with the other flowers.
Serve very hot.

- 24 zucchini flowers
- 75 g of flour
- 50 g of butter
- 20 cl of milk
- 1 egg whites
- 1 pinch of salt
- Olive oil
