Instructions

Clean and cut the fennel into wedges.

Peel and cut the carrots into sticks.

Roast fennel and carrots in butter, add salt, pepper and add 1/2 glass of water.

Bake in moderate heat for 10 minutes.

Serve the hot vegetables.
