Remove the toughest leaves fennel.
Cut them into thin slices, wash them, dry them and put them in a salad bowl.
Season with a little oil, a pinch of salt and pepper.
Peel the oranges to live, cut into slices and mix with fennel.
Add the shelled walnuts and chop.
Stir and serve.
