Fennel in vinegar
Instructions
Vertically slice fennel sprouts and sauté with a little oil and butter and chopped onion.
Spray them with vinegar, add salt, pepper and bake for 35 minutes, basting with a little broth.

- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of aromatic vinegar
