Fennel white wine (2)
Instructions
Clean the fennel by removing the toughest outer leaves.
Cut them into wedges, wash them under running water, put them in a saucepan with a clove of garlic and two tablespoons of olive oil, sprinkle with the white wine.
Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until the fennel has become very tender.
Withdrawn from heat, add salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
