Instructions

Divide the fennel into wedges, cook them in salted water for 5 minutes and drain.

Sauté garlic and chopped onion in oil and butter, add Sage, Rosemary and oregano, finely chopped.

To taste, then add the tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes.

Add the fennel, stir and serve.
