Instructions
Peel the oranges to live.
Cut the peel of three of them thinly into strips (colored part only) that you will put in a small saucepan.
Add sugar and 15 cl of water and cook on low heat until it forms a thick and caramel syrup.
Levatelo from heat and flavour it with Maraschino.
Place the oranges on the serving dish, pour over the boiling syrup with zest and put them in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
You can decorate with caramel oranges blond.
Before you put the oranges in the refrigerator, pour over the caramel spoon while holding the spoon at a distance (from above) of approximately 20 cm so that form thin strands of caramel that you will then own about oranges.

- 8 sweet oranges possibly equal
- 200 g of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of maraschino
