Peel the oranges and the 1/2 lemon.
Cut into slices and remove the skin.
Pour the orange juice and lemon left in the Blender, combine 4 tablespoons oil, 1 pinch of salt and pepper and whisk 1.
Arrange orange slices on a plate to form a ring, place olives, anchovy fillets and slices of lemon.
Drizzle with the sauce.
