Filet of grouper with spinach and herb dumplings
Instructions
Sauté with olive oil and garlic spinach.
Cook the fish with olive oil, garlic and salt.
Blanch the leaves of lettuce, and cool and make dumplings stuffed with basil, parsley and bread in small pieces.
Cook with fish.
Serve the spinach over the fish and dumplings on the side.
Moisten with a little oil.

- 200 g of spinach
- 6 leaves of lettuce salad
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Parsley
- Basil
- 1 slice of bread
