Chop the onion and herbs and put them over slices of Tenderloin in a dish with oil.
Leave to marinate with salt and pepper for 5-6 hours.
Brief frying in a hot grill for 10 minutes on both sides over high heat and serve with the salad accompanying abruzzese.
