Tenderloin stroganoff
Instructions
Cut the fillet into strips, flour and roast in plenty of butter over high heat.
Leave it to drain from the sauce and keep warm.
In the same pan cook onion and shallot and chopped 3 tablespoons tomato sauce.
Combine the mustard, dissolved in a little broth and let it shrink.
