Fillets of sole au gratin with tomato sauce
Instructions
Brown onions in 40 g of margarine, then add the tomatoes and private of the seeds.
Add the chopped anchovies and cook over high heat for 25 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, pour half of the sauce, place the fish, cover with the sauce, chopped parsley, flakes of margarine, bread crumbs and bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

- 400 g of perini tomatoes
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 2 ladles of broth
