Chicken fillet and mushrooms cream
Instructions
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces.
In a pan with 40 g of butter and a little Sage Brown the meat, add salt and add the wine.
Keepn and add the cream.
Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
In another pan put the remaining butter and Sage, add the mushrooms, FRY and salted.
Add the mushrooms to the fillets and cook over low heat for another 15 minutes.

- 400 g of chicken fillet
- 80 g of butter
- Sage
- 1 glass dry white wine
- 400 g of cream
- 200 g of mushrooms
