Herbed perch fillets salted
Instructions
Chop herbs, spinach, celery and onions, add thyme, tarragon, parsley, some salt and pepper.
Place a layer of the mixture into a buttered baking dish and arrange over, well aligned, fish fillets with a second layer of herbs.
Sprinkle with melted butter and breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

- 600 g of fillets of perch already cleaned
- 150 g of spinach
- 150 g of herbs
- 50 g of butter
- Celery
- 2 onions
- Thyme
- Chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of tarragon
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
- Pepper
