Cod fillets with cream sauce
Instructions
Put in a baking dish cod fillets sprinkled with butter flakes, parsley and white wine, salt and pepper.
Bake in hot oven for 15-20 minutes.
Pour the cream, mix the sauce.
Serve hot with boiled potatoes.
Accompany with dry white wine.

- 400 g of cod fillets
- 20 cl of cream
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- 1 glass dry white wine
- Butter
