Stuffed figs
Instructions
Wash the figs and clip to open a bit.
Toast pine nuts and almonds in a non-stick frying pan.
Whip egg whites until stiff and incorporate the pine nuts, almonds, sugar and amaretti crumbs.
Place the figs on a baking plate and fill them with the mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes at 200 degrees until the egg whites are not well Golden.

- 8 very firm figs
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons of almonds
- 2 egg whites
- 2 amaretti biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
