Instructions

Peel the figs, taking care not to break them, cut them, sprinkle them with sugar, spray them with rum and leave in the fridge a couple of hours.

Whip the cream without adding sugar.

Arrange the figs on a round serving dish, accommodated in the center of each large spoonfuls of cream with a spoon and pour over some of their sauce.
