Pan-fried lobster
Instructions
Melt the butter and sauté the onions and carrots, cut ends.
In the same container, put the lobster, cut into pieces.
Sprinkle with spice choices; pour the champagne bottle, add butter and pepper to taste.
Bake for about half an hour over medium heat, then serve immediately.

- 60 g of butter
- 2 onions
- 2 carrots
- Thyme
- Parsley

- 1 bottle of wine champagne brut
- Cayenne pepper
