Instructions
In a pan, melt the butter and add the anchovy fillets in oil previously cut into small pieces.
Let stand for a few minutes and in the meantime, cut the mozzarella into cubes and put it in a container.
Meanwhile, scalded in boiling salted water, drain fettuccine al dente and pour into pan.
Add the mozzarella and mix vigorously all regular flame, add the pepper, grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
Feature: save the cooking water, could serve in case the foreign object damage drying fettuccine.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta fettuccine
- 200 g of mozzarella
- 4 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 100 g of butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
