Lobster in tomato cream
Instructions
Clean well the lobsters, take out the meat and cut it into slices.
Take a fried with oil, garlic, and leeks well crushed.
Add the wine, white wine and tomatoes that have stripped of seeds.
Season the lobster with salt and pepper, place it into the Pan where you did the sauce and let it simmer.
When the lobster will be soft, add the tomato sauce, vinegar, fish broth and simmer until the sauce is condensed.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 whole lobster boil
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 leek
- 1/4 cup of still wine
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 3 tomatoes
- 1/2 tablespoon of salt
- 1 toe of pepper
- 6 tablespoons of tomato
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup of fish broth
