Fettuccine with crab meat and herb sauce
Instructions
Peel the onions, wash them, cut them into strips and fry them in a pan with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, then add the crab meat and bathed with vodka; Let it evaporate, add the chopped parsley, chives, cream shredded and crushed red pepper and crumbled.
Cook the sauce on low heat, without boiling, reach them for a few minutes.
Boil the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water, drain leaving it damp, lightly dress with the prepared sauce and serve.

- 300 g of type pasta fettuccine
- 2 spring onions
- 150 g of crab meat
- 1 dram of absolut vodka
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Chives
- 10 cl of cream
- 1 tablespoon of pink pepper berries
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
