Fettuccine alla papalina
Instructions
Sauté the sliced onion with butter, add the peas, and, when cooked, put the ham cut into small pieces; season with salt and pepper.
In a bowl beat the eggs and add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese.
Cook the fettuccine in plenty of boiling salted water, drain and merge them to eggs, add the ham and peas, a little butter and Parmesan.
Sprinkle with pepper and serve immediately.

- 400 g of fresh fettuccine pasta type
- 100 g of ham
- 1/2 onion
- 40 g of butter
- 150 g of fresh shelled peas
- 2 eggs
