Sweet and sour slices (2)
Instructions
In large saucepan, Saute 1 from both sides of the slices with oil and 1 pinch of salt.
When they are golden, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Meanwhile, in another bowl, 1 melt butter and when it will be colorful combine the sugar and let it melt and just caramelize, then dilute with vinegar.
Stir, then pour the sauce over the meat.
Keep on fire 2 minutes, then place the slices about 1 serving dish and garnish with the lemon cut into wedges.
