Instructions

Thaw lobster tails and carve the carapace on its belly.

In a pan melt the butter, just remove from heat, add half a teaspoon of ginger, half of curry and a coriander, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

Place the lobsters in a baking dish with the carapace to top and bake for 3 minutes, as much as possible under the grate.

Withdrawn, turn the tails, pour the Spice butter in Central fissure, put back in oven for 3-4 minutes.

Sprinkle pepper and garnish with lemon slices.

Accompanying wines: Sauvignon DOC Alto Adige, Montecarlo Bianco DOC, IGT Sicilia Platinum Dove.
