Sliced veal in olive Sauce
Instructions
In a pan heat butter and oil.
Lay the slices flour and brown them well, add salt and pepper.
Remove meat and keep warm.
Fill the Pan half a glass of wine.
Let it evaporate.
With a wooden spoon remove the cooking, add a little water, pitted olives and chopped pepper flap.
Heat, put the meat in the bowl and then add to high heat for a few minutes.
Accompanying wines: Rubino Di Cantavenna DOC, Rosso Piceno DOC, Alezio Rosato DOC.

- 500 g of veal in slices
- 12 green olives
- 1 slice of red peppers in sweet and sour sauce
- Dry white wine
- 40 g of butter
- Olive oil
- Flour
- Salt
- Pepper
