Knotted veal slices
Instructions
A sprig of chopped Rosemary with four Sage leaves, garlic and onion; Saute it in a pan with oil and butter.
Cut the slices of meat into strips and annodatele.
Flour them and let them cook in saucepan pinwheels.
Add salt and pepper.
Cook covered 20 minutes.
Let thicken the sauce, sprinkle with the Marsala wine and allow to evaporate.
Sprinkle chopped parsley.
Accompanying wines: Red Trentino DOC, Stoppa VdT Dell'Emilia Pentro Di Isernia, DOC.

- 500 g of veal in thin slices
- Garlic
- 1 onion
- 4 leaves sage
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1/2 cup of dry marsala wine
- Olive oil
- 30 g of butter
- Flour
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
