Veal slices with egg and lemon
Instructions
Flour the slices, Cook in the butter for 5 minutes, add salt, remove from the Pan and keep them warm.
Remove the broth and pour the beaten yolks into the bowl with the lemon juice and stir quickly.
Cover the meat with the sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
