Veal slices in vinegar
Instructions
Beat veal slices.
In a bowl beat half a glass of olive oil with a glass of vinegar, salt and pepper.
Soak the meat and let marinate for an hour.

In a saucepan melt the butter and let it bake the slices over medium heat for 5 minutes on both sides.
Adjust the salt.
Put them on a serving dish and serve hot.
They will emit a good scent and will taste different from usual.
Accompanying wines: No wine vinegar is predominant in the recipe, but the sparkling white wines offer a good combination.

- 40 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
