Instructions

Season the slices of meat with salt, pepper and the chopped aromatic (with garlic, Rosemary, parsley, Sage, thyme, bay leaf, marjoram, chopped).

Place them in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with oil, then add the broth and wine.

Go in the oven already warm in 180 degrees until it formed a small sauce well.
