Slices of Chicken Breast "Valle D'aosta"
Instructions
Put oil and butter in a saucepan.
To melted butter Cook the slices of chicken breast frozen still for 10 minutes rigirandole often towards the end of cooking.
Scatter some finely chopped Sage leaves and a pinch of salt, cover with a slice of fontina and prosciutto.
Go into the oven until the cheese is melted and serve hot.
