Milk cream slices
Instructions
Brown the slices in hot butter for 5-10 minutes, then remove the fat that has formed during cooking, add the wine and let it evaporate into focus.
Add the cornflour into the milk and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes.
When cooked, add the yolks cooking sauce, juice of half a lemon and the Marsala, let stand for a few moments, then served the fragrant slices with shredded chives.

- 4 slices of turkey breast
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 20 cl of dry white wine
- 20 cl of fresh whole milk
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 lemon
- 1 dram of marsala wine
- Some stems of chives
- Salt
- Pepper
