Oregano slices
Instructions
Mix 6 tablespoons oil, parmesan, oregano and salt.
Cook for about 20 seconds to hand the meat slices in hot oil and fire.
The way that the slices are ready place them on warm serving dish, pour the sauce with oregano and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- Salt
- 500 g of beef into thin slices
