Instructions

Boil the milk with 50 g of sugar and vanilla.

Beat the eggs and dip the slices of pan-brioche, a little thick, first in milk, then in beaten egg and then FRY them in butter.

When all are browned, put them in a dish and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
